About Us The Judicial and Justice Federal Credit Union is a cooperative, nonprofit financial institution chartered by the Federal Government in 1950. It is owned and operated by its members. In addition to a regular share account, the credit union offers a Christmas club account that pays dividends quarterly. A member can pay on a loan or make deposits into a regular share or Christmas club account with an Automatic Payroll Deduction from the member's paycheck.
