Who Can Join Our field of membership include the employees of: The U.S. Fifth Circuit Count of Appeals, U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Public Defender, U.S. Probation Office, U.S. Attorney's Office, U.S. Marshal's Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Office of the U.S. Trustee, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General, Region 6, Office of Field Policy and Management,U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. General Services Administration. How Do I Join Complete a membership application card and make an initial deposit of at least $15.00; $5.00 of which is a one time membership fee. The balance is deposited into your share account. $10.00 must remain on deposit to keep the account open.
